Deposit Limits

This is the amount of money that you will be able to deposit on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Setting a Deposit Limit

Deposit Limits are independent of any limits or minimums that accompany the various payment methods, as listed on the Deposit Page. If your Deposit Limit has been successfully set up, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Reducing or removing a Deposit Limit

You can set or reduce your Deposit Limit with immediate effect. However, should you wish to increase or remove the Deposit Limit the change will come into effect 7 days after you make your request. So if you, for example, set a Deposit Limit of €100 and remove that Deposit Limit on a Tuesday, it won’t come into effect and will still be applied to your account until the Tuesday of the following week.

How does the Deposit Limit work?

The Deposit Limit functions as a budget limiting tool. It does limit only your deposits.

The limits start of from the date and time it has been set. Any previous deposits before the Deposit Limit is set will not be counted, as the Limit was not set before.

The Deposit Limit is based only on the customer’s Deposits, for example if a deposit limit is set of 100€ for 24 hours then the maximum allowed to deposit would be 100€ within the 24 hours.

Cool-off period

Sometimes, it’s important to take a break to cool off. We can help with a pre-set break period of 24 hours or block the service for 7 days, if needed. If you prefer to block the service for 6 months or more, please contact us and we will help you out.

Are you worried about your children?

If you, as an adult, share your computer with under-aged persons, you should make sure you prevent access to usernames, passwords, and banking-details.
